This Price List is a representation of the type products MEDTECH Forensics, Inc. can provide. If you do not see the product you need, please contact us for assistance.
Although the majority of our customers are law enforcement agencies and other governmental agencies, we welcome orders from civilians for personal use or for school projects. Please be advised, however, that a small number of products such as Drug Field Test Kits or those containing certain hazardous chemicals can only be supplied to governmental agencies due to Federal and State statues and regulations.
MEDTECH Forensics, Inc. has offered the products in this catalog in good faith that purchasers are knowledgeable regarding their proper and safe use in addition to their suitability for the intended use. MEDTECH Forensics, Inc. cannot accept any responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damage or injury to any property, party, second party, or bystander resulting from the use, handling, or from contact with these products.

Due to fluctuations in the cost of materials, prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
|
Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or Purchase Order. Terms: Net 30 days.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
|
Prices do not include freight. All shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Any products that require Hazardous Freight Handling will be shipped in accordance with proper shipping requirements, prepaid and added to the invoice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
|
--Written authorization from MEDTECH Forensics, Inc. must be obtained prior to any return or refund.
--Any product returned within 30 days from date of invoice will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus original freight charges.
--After 30 days from date of invoice, product will not be accepted for credit or refund.
--For credit charge purchases, MEDTECH Forensics, Inc. will issue a company refund check for the amount of order less a 25% fee and original freight charges. Refund will not be charged back onto credit card.
--Orders over $500 cannot be returned for credit or refund.
--Special orders cannot be returned for credit or refund.
