Pre-assembled units of lifting tape and record card housed in a protective outside frame with a built in ruler scale. The unique construction affixes lifted print and record information together permanently and prevents evidence contamination.

The “lifter” surface is curved for ease of placement over the print area, then lays flat when reassembled.
